Ralph Hunsberger was raised in Telford, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Souderton High School.  Shortly after graduating from high school, Ralph went to work in the spring industry, where he rose through the ranks to chief shop steward.  Ralph was a long time active member of the contracts committee negotiating contracts for all employees of the company.

Ralph got his start in real estate as an investor in 1959. He bought property in Pennsylvania, upgraded and resold for profit.  He has held rental property in both Pennsylvania and in Ocean City, NJ.  As a hands on owner, of investment property, Ralph knows value and is happy to assist buyers in making good investment selections.

In 2000, Ralph got his real estate license, after buying and selling several Ocean City properties. He has been with Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty since that time.  On any given Saturday or Sunday you can find Ralph in an open house, no matter the weather.  He likes to meet people and show homes and is happy to share his thoughts about investment property.

Ralph and his wife Maryellen, currently split their time between Ocean City, NJ and Harleysville, PA.  They have 4 children and 7 grandchildren ranging in age from 2 to 20.
